To view the Product Viewing History:Note: This feature is available only to administrators.
When the Product Viewing History is enabled, it records and displays each time each product is viewed in your system. When your system uses location logins, this history also records and displays the location where each product view occurred. You can view your system's complete history of recorded product views or views from a specific time period only.
During any time when the Product Viewing History is disabled, it cannot be viewed and product views are not recorded.
To view the Product Viewing History:
Note: This operation requires the Product Viewing History to be enabled.
Starting at the Administration page
Under Information, click History of views for each product.
The Product Viewing History opens, showing two columns:
Product: Includes every product that has been viewed in your system at least once. If you system uses—or has ever used—location logins, this column shows the number of views from each location under a product's name.
Views: The total number of times each product has been viewed in your system.
Optional: To focus the History on a specific time period, enter that period's starting and ending dates in the Limit by date fields, then click Update List.
The display shows product views from the entered time period only.
